- Lead the Firmware CI & DevOps infrastructures, taking ownership of its stability, scalability, and efficiency. Ensure a reliable, robust, and lean environment that serves as a critical quality gate for Firmware releases.
- integrate AI-powered solutions to improve stability, reliability, maintenance efficiency, and visualization.
- Drive regression analysis and quality reporting by overseeing regression results, identifying stability degradations between Firmware versions, and communicating regression status, risks, and critical issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead bug triage and prioritization, ensuring issues are properly investigated, assigned, tracked, and resolved. Guide the team in troubleshooting complex issues, identifying root causes, and delivering high-quality fixes and patches.
- Collaborate with Firmware release teams by communicating release readiness, highlighting newly introduced issues, reflecting their impact, and take part of the plans to support informed release decisions.
What we need to see:
- B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical team leadership role, with proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineers.
