Most companies post jobs through hiring software called an applicant tracking system. It’s what runs the jobs page on their own website. We read 12 of them directly: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Personio, Recruitee, Breezy HR, Rippling, Gem and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
That means there’s no review queue or middleman between you and the job. The title, place and team you see are exactly what the company posted. We only add a company once we’ve checked that its jobs are real and working, so the list grows a little slower on purpose.

We only show jobs from each company's own careers page, and Apply always goes straight to the company. Big job boards can show a job for weeks after it's filled, and their alerts often come a day or more after a job goes up.
Every company's jobs are updated every morning for everyone. For Plus members, saved searches are checked up to 3 times a day.
NEW TODAY means the company posted the job today. NEW means it was posted in the last 7 days. Both come from the date on the company's own site.
Some companies use their own hiring system with no public job list, so there's nothing for us to read. Others just aren't added yet. Tell us on the feedback page and we'll check it.
No. It only rewords and reorders what's already in your resume. It never adds a job, skill or number you didn't give it. It also lists what the job asks for that your resume doesn't show, so you can add it yourself if it's true.
Only you. We keep the text, not the file. When you press Tailor my resume, the text and the job posting are sent to Anthropic, the AI company that writes the tailored version. You can delete your resume anytime on your account page.
