These terms govern your use of Hiring Tempo (hiringtempo.com), including the free browsing experience and the paid Plus subscription. By using the site or creating an account, you’re agreeing to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Hiring Tempo.
Hiring Tempo is a job board that pulls open roles directly from participating companies’ own applicant tracking systems and republishes them here. We’re not the employer for any listing on this site, we’re not a party to any application or hiring decision, and we don’t guarantee a listing is still open, accurate, or legitimate at the moment you view it. Creating an account is optional and only needed to follow companies, save search alerts, or subscribe to Plus. You’re responsible for keeping access to the email address on your account (sign-in is a magic link sent to that address, no password), and for anything that happens through your account. One account per person, please. Don’t create multiple accounts to get around Free’s alert limit.
Plus is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Subscribing authorizes us to charge your payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page (“Manage billing”), which opens Stripe’s own billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Plus access until then. We don’t offer partial-period refunds except where required by law; if something’s genuinely gone wrong with a charge, tell us and we’ll sort it out.
We may change what’s included in Plus or its price over time. If we raise the price, it’ll apply to future billing periods, not retroactively, and we’ll do our best to give existing subscribers notice first.
Use Hiring Tempo the way it’s meant to be used: browsing and applying to real roles, or setting up alerts for yourself. Don’t scrape or systematically republish the site’s data, don’t try to circumvent the Free plan’s alert limit through multiple accounts, and don’t submit false or abusive feedback through the contact form. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Hiring Tempo is provided “as is.” We work to keep listings accurate and up to date (see how it works), but job data ultimately comes from third parties we don’t control, and we can’t guarantee it’s always current or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hiring Tempo isn’t liable for any decision you make based on information on this site, including a job search outcome, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
We may update these terms as the product changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continuing to use Hiring Tempo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
