Mercury is building a complete finance stack for startups. Since we launched Mercury in 2019, our customer base has grown to over 400,000 startups and small businesses from all around the world. At our core, we believe that everyone deserves access to the solutions they need to help their businesses thrive.
As a Sales Development Representative at Mercury, you'll be the first point of contact for founders and finance teams exploring our products. You'll research and prioritize inbound and outbound leads, run thoughtful outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn, and have discovery conversations to understand what each prospect needs. When there's a fit, you'll hand qualified opportunities to our Account Executives and work closely with them to sharpen our messaging and improve how we find and win customers.
There's no better seat from which to learn how businesses work. You'll talk to founders every day, build real fluency in business banking* and the broader finance stack, and see how a high-growth company turns pipeline into revenue. We put a lot of effort into helping our SDRs grow, with hands-on coaching, clear expectations, and a defined path to what's next. If you're ambitious, coachable, and excited to build a career in tech sales or beyond, this is a place to start and a place to stay.
