What you’ll do
Generate production assets for animation and AI-native film productions: character sheets, locations, props, and key visuals
Keep characters and worlds consistent across angles, poses, wardrobe, and scenes
Build interiors and exteriors that hold up in perspective, scale, and architecture
Retouch, refine, and quality-check every asset before it goes to the team
Keep the asset library organized so everything is easy to find and reuse
Work closely with the creative director and animation team, iterate fast
What we’re looking for
Strong image editing and retouching skills, with a background in photography, art direction, production design, or a related field
Broad visual culture across film, art, fashion, architecture, interiors, and product design, with an eye for current trends
Strong eye for lighting, color, composition, perspective, and anatomy
A creative and technical mindset: you structure your work and find the fastest way to a high-quality result
Experience with generative AI or 3D tools is a big plus
Portfolio showing retouching or image work. It matters more than your CV
