Key Account Manager, B2B Aircon

Position Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of revenue target, quality distribution, in-store excellence and operational efficiency of the account / channel assigned.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sustainable, long-lasting and healthy working relationships with key accounts
• Ensure customer satisfaction by bridging the gaps between customer requirements and innovative solutions
• Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
• Understand customer data, market trends and industry policies to identify opportunities for growth
• Ensure delivering products and services to key accounts in a time-efficient and reliable manner
• Resolve issues or challenges that key accounts might face, within the scope of the key account manager
• To serve as a key point of contact between key accounts and internal team members

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma but ideally a Degree (in Mechanical Engineering or Business Management Field), with at least 3 to 5 years (Senior Specialist) / 5 to 8 years (Assistant Manager) of sales experience in project, preferable in ACMV field.
• Successful sales track records as well as strong key account management
• Preferably with B2B sales experience
• Excellent in cognitive thought and problem solving
• Creative and innovative
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and possess good project management and presentation skills.

• Possess own vehicle
